Welcome to the Ski Summit Show! In this episode, we'll be discussing Colorado mountain real estate, local mountain news, and real estate tips. We'll also be taking a look at the Summit MLS. I'm your host Matt Dayton with Cornerstone Real Estate, and joining me today is Benji, my producer and livestream sidekick with Benji Does. As always, Benji will be monitoring the chat, so feel free to ask us any questions.

In local news, we'll be talking about some recent short-term rental regulations approved by the Summit County Commissioners. Link to Article

Next, in our real estate tips segment, we'll be talking about months supply of inventory, which is a key indicator of the health of the real estate market. Our question of the day is: have you ever thought you were getting a deal on something, but it turned out to be too good to be true?

We'll also be taking a look at the current state of the real estate market and sharing some interesting data from the Summit MLS. As always, we'll wrap up the show with our MLS check, where we'll take a look at real estate activity in the past 7 days.

Thanks for watching the Ski Summit Show! If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a like, share with your friends and family, and don't forget to subscribe to our channel. I'm Matt Dayton, and we hope to see you in the mountains soon!
