On September 10, the Dillon Town Council will vote on a development agreement that could see construction resume. Developer Jake Porritt, who acquired the property for $12.75 million, plans to rebrand the project and complete it by October 31, 2028. Check out more here . Upcoming Vote for Best Western Hotel: Dillon voters will decide on October 1, 2024, whether to approve a controversial waterfront development. This five-story building will include 200 condos, three restaurants, and public amenities. If the project is rejected, an alternative plan with fewer amenities may proceed.
